If you have delegation access to a mailbox and it shows empty a quick fix can be the below: TO go to file-> account settings-> click the mailbox email where the other delegated email has been added. and untick the download Shared Folders. IF that does not work try opening outlook in save mode by running dialog box, enter outlook.exe /safe and select OK if it works normally then the issue is with an add in's.


Do you have the “download shared folders” option checked? If so, trying unchecking it. Unchecking that box prevents Outlook from creating an OST file for the shared mailbox. The drawback is it removes access to the shared mailbox when offline. The larger OST files get, the more problems I’ve seen.
